Our condo is a spacious unit with 3 king size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in an open floor plan to enjoy with friends and family.

Our amenities, 200 Mbps internet and a laptop friendly workspace makes it a perfect place for either digital nomads or group of friends or family. All rooms have modern Air Conditioned units.

The complex was designed by one of the most reputable and environmental friendly builders in Tulum which blends tropical vegetation with a modern design. The complex amenities include a Gym and a couple of really cool lounge areas!

One of our favorite things to do when we stay in the condo is to relax and unwind by taking a few drinks (no glass please!) to the common rooftop pools and lounge areas to enjoy Tulum's beautiful sunsets, we know you will love that too!

Our condo is located in the high end area of Aldea Zama.

Walking distance to the main commercial zone in Aldea Zama where you can find a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

We are also located only 500 meters from Aldea Zama's free cenote! Not everyone knows where it is so keep it that way please :)

There are so many things to do in Tulum and its surrounding areas!

One of the most frequently asked questions we get is: Do I need a car in Tulum?

The answer really depends on what you would like to do. If you want to stay in the Tulum beach area, Tulum ruins and Tulum pueblo you can move around in taxis, scooters or bikes. When we go to Tulum beach, more often than not, we take a taxi as parking can get tricky along the beach area.

If you want to explore beyond Tulum and are planning to go to Coba ruins, Kaan Luum lagoon, Cenotes, SFER IK, Playa del Carmen, etc. we certainly recommend renting a car.
