NOTES: There's a new construction going on right next to the condominium, is possible to experience noise during working hours. Also, until April 1st, 2023 -the gym and rooftop pool is under maintenance.

But everything else in the apartment works perfectly. If you are ok with it, ask for an extra 20% off!

The studio is located in La Veleta, the new modern, and upcoming neighborhood in Tulum. Full of restaurants, coffee shops, clothes stores, and more. Is just 3 blocks away from called 7, but we highly suggest getting a car. If not, feel free to rent a bike! Many of our guests do so.

During your stay,I want you to enjoy as much freedom as you can but I will be glad to assist you with any question you have:)

After your booking confirmation, we will set up a Chatgroup with all of my team so we can improve communication. We will be attentive and responsive to your needs during reasonable business hours, but remember that we are providing an Airbnb service but we do not have the budget or infrastructure of a hotel.
